MR. NANDAN KUMAR NAG is the founder of Sarada Engineering. Before establishing Sarada Engineering he was working with Gemini Equipment and Rentals Pvt. Ltd. (GEAR) India’s no.1 construction equipment rental company, where he was sales head and a founding member of the organization. He has worked for over 5 years in GEAR. His prior experience also includes working with Larsen & Toubro Ltd(L&T) for tenure of 13 years as a Manager Plant & Machinery (P&M). This has endowed him with expertise and in-depth knowledge of construction machinery.

A team leader and team maker, ’SP’ heads the Human Resources and Administration department at GEAR for last 9 years. He has previously worked with Ashoka Buildcon with the same vigour for 17 years. Well respected for unconventional and out-of the box approach to work, he brings a formidable knowledge base A true leader who inspires the whole team to aim for and work in tandem to achieve the best.
